David Gubernick M.D. is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology and Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed a joint residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Missouri College of Medicine He completed his Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
Dr. Gubernick is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for children and adults affected by allergies, asthma, atopic dermatitis (eczema), food allergy, sinus conditions, urticaria (hives), and immune disorders. Known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail, Dr. Gubernick strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care. His goal is to deliver the highest standard of allergy and immunology services while helping each patient breathe easier, feel better, and live healthier. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI), and the Florida Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society (FAAIS).
Catherine Kubiak, MD is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics and provides specialized care for patients of all ages. Her clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and management of food allergies, eczema, allergic rhinitis, asthma, urticaria (hives), and primary immunodeficiency disorders.
Dr. Kubiak grew up in the Tampa Bay area and returned home after graduating from Rice University to earn her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency and Allergy and Immunology Fellowship through the University of South Florida and its affiliated hospitals, including Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Tampa General Hospital.
In practice since 2015, Dr. Kubiak is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She values a collaborative approach and works closely with each patient and family to develop individualized treatment plans. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI), the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI), and the Florida Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society (FAAIS).
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Kubiak is actively involved in the community, volunteering as a guest instructor for a local high school medical program and coaching youth volleyball at a local recreation center. She is married with two children and enjoys adventures with her family and pets, including boat rides, camping, and exploring new experiences
